Our Featured Periodontal Treatments
Are you in the early stages of gum disease? Scaling and root planing is a nonsurgical treatment that is recommended when gum disease is diagnosed.
Scaling and root planing is a deep cleaning process, performed by our periodontist, that clears away plaque and tartar, smoothing the surfaces of your teeth.
With scaling and root planing, your gum tissues are encouraged to reattach to your teeth and it helps to reduce periodontal pocket depths.

Osseous surgery -also known as flap surgery- could be the solution for you!
Our periodontist uses osseous surgery to reduce or eliminate periodontal pocketing by lifting the gum away from the tooth and the underlying bone. The surface of the tooth is then thoroughly cleaned and smoothed, giving you a healthy and uninfected smile.
Do you have severe gum disease that is not responding well to other gum disease treatments? A gingivectomy could be the right solution for you!
